I really liked the sound of this preamplifier as it was frank, clean and surprisingly subtle in its handling of disparate music. The preamplifier is very easy to use in terms of volume control and input selection. The display is a green LCD rectangle with predefined source names for the inputs. I don't know if these can be changed, but the display is nice and functional enough as it is.
