This cable is very well made and gives great sound. It sounds like you've stumbled upon a well-crafted USB cable that's giving you some fantastic sound quality. The debate about whether USB cables can influence audio signals is quite interesting. This cable seems to be honest and just well designed and well made. Smoother than most and wonderfully detailed, this one lacks just that last ounce of treble extension and air, but the music comes out pristine, which is often not the case with high-end usb cables. One of the best I've tried (and I've tried a lot).

Desperately's Love Machine sounds well-organised and potent via the Atlas, with a briskly attacking, nicely textured top end. There's no shortage of detail or tonal variation to bass sounds.One of the very best I've tried.

Superb, as always. QED cables offer great quality at affordable prices. Bought it to copy vinyl to digital using a Rega Fono Mini A2D MM Phono Stage and Vinyl Studio on my laptop. So far it has worked excellent. When I used it to connect my computer to my DAC, it improved the sound a bit, but most importantly, it helped reduce ambient noise (I have a lot of computers and a lot of cables). This QED Performance USB cable is very well made. It has a triple electromagnetic shield, which allows digital signals from the computer to reach the DAC input without being subjected to external interference. The cable is of good quality, providing a reliable connection. It is well made and looks good. I recommend this product
