Tool-free installation
Interchangeable, reliable, elegant. That's how ceiling speakers should be installed. The Director collection utilizes our tool-less mounting system for secure installation in any ceiling. Spring-loaded clamps with multiple contact points provide more even weight distribution than traditional "dog legs", protecting the ceiling and reducing the transmission of unwanted vibrations.
Three-Linear Configuration (TLC)
The TLC is Origin Acoustics' 3-way ceiling speaker system. With an elegant in-line driver system, the speaker's angle of rotation is increased so you can hear every detail as if the speaker were right in front of you.
Dual Band Stabilized Diaphragm (DPSD)
In a patented tweeter design that improves high-frequency performance, the DPSD™ driver utilizes a unique suspension design that prevents distortion and increases loudness. The suspension is attached to both the voice coil and the top of the dome, allowing the driver to cross at a much lower frequency. This results in improved dispersion and reduced distortion.
